HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

All you have to do is fill up the form and sign up to BNESIM Beta Test Program. We will select a few candidates for each country and send them our BNESIM Surf&Talk international SIM card: 250 minutes and 1GB 4G/LTE internet in the 60 Internet Home Countries. We will email you a template so you can provide us with your valuable feedback.

THE PROGRAM

BNESIM Beta Test Program lets users try out pre-release 4G/LTE international data SIM card. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make BNESIM even better. We know that collaboration with our users is the key to building the next generation of BNESIM and ensuring it’s stable, fast, and reliable for all our users.

If you are selected, we will send you BNESIM Surf&Talk international data SIM card to the address you provided during the Sign up process.

We will periodically ask you how things are going. If you are selected, we will email you a template so you can tell us about your experience with each feature, and it would really help us if you gave us feedback by completing the template weekly. You can also reach out to our product team at any time.

BNESIM Beta Test Program is open to anyone living in the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, British Virgin Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macao, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, S. Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Venezuela.

The beta is open to a limited number of participants, so we cannot guarantee that everyone will be selected or receive a response.

No. Both the program and BNESIM Beta SIM are free.

This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for your participation.

BNESIM Beta Test Program will contact you on the email address or phone number provided during the Sign up process.

SUPPORT

1. Ensure the power is turned off on your device.
2. Remove the old SIM, insert the matching sized BNESIM card in your device.
3. Power up your device.
4. Menu options vary between devices. You need to ensure that the following configuration settings are made:

Cellular data > ON
Data roaming > ON
APN > bne.cs101

Your device is now ready to surf with BNESIM 4G LTE SIM card. You may have to wait a few minutes for the SIM card, the local network and BNESIM service provider to update each other to allow you to use local data for the first time in a new country. Also, it’s a good idea to check the APN settings every time you travel to a new country. Make sure you’re always using bne.cs101 if you want your BNESIM card to work.

5. Install BNESIM app. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
6. Register directly from BNESIM app. Choose a phone number from your country or from any other country you like, start calling and receiving calls.

If you wish to leave BNESIM Beta Test Program send us an email at beta@bnesim.com. When you leave the program, both your SIM card and your account will be deactivated and you will no longer able to use the service.
